The closest I got to all four kids in one shot. They are FAST little buggers.
Charlotte spotted the mud from a hundred yards away and beelined it.
Noah wasn't far behind.
Mud pies!
Cass and Lexi. This shot makes my heart sing.
Between a real photographer and a wanna-be (hint: the real one isn't me)
Ok, so MAYBE I kind of fell in love with this girl.
Noah approving of the mess.
Sawyer looked so bad ass with his mud eye patch.
This day trip was just what the doctor ordered. Good food, good drinks, and most importantly, good people. Thank you ModernMatriarch for hosting us and for letting us track dirt all over your clean carpets. We had a fabulous time.

You're welcome here anytime. Presuming you make that delicious buffalo chicken frito thing each time.
We're coming to you next, so watch out!
Oh I love them all so much. Yeah - all four kids in one frame thing didn't happen for me either!

Wow. I don't know where you were, but, to quote Tina Fey in 30 Rock, I want to go to there. All that grass - you have to go to a state park to find that much grass in one place in Los Angeles - and even then, it's hard to find.
Do I really have to live in this city forever?? I just want a good field to roam in - is that so much to ask?
Baaaaah! I'm off to pilfer cookies from a co-worker's desk.
